How are shipments made?
Shipments are made through DHL International Courier to all countries in the world, except Argentina.
In Argentina we work with the OCA shipping service.

Where can I receive my order?
We ship worldwide to the address you indicate at checkout.

How long does the order take to arrive?
The delivery time will depend on the type of shipping selected. In general, the delay in Argentina is between 3 and 7 business days after payment is credited and in the rest of the world it varies between 2 and 4 business days.

What is the deadline to make a change?
You can request a change up to 15 days after the purchase. In the case of international shipping, the period is up to 1 month.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
Contact us at libre@nuvoles.com or by whatsapp at +54 0911 44774417 to coordinate the product change, at our expense … of course!

What if it doesn’t meet my expectations?
You can change your Nuvoles for another one, but you must bear the shipping costs. In this case you have 5 days to notify us of the change, through an email to libre@nuvoles.com, we will respond with the steps to follow.

IT IS OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE FOR THE PURPOSES OF CHANGING THE PRODUCT WHICH IS FOUND IN THE SAME CONDITIONS IN WHICH IT ARRIVED, UNUSED AND WITH ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
